CamGirlFlats.com's Live Webcams area is a Videochat network which consists of Chathosts and Viewers.
Chathosts are people who have a webcam (PC Cam or video camera) connected to their home computer, which enables them to broadcast live video over the Internet. They broadcast live full motion video which doesn't need any special software to view, unless the Viewers would like to take advantage of optional functions such as being able to hear the Chathost speaking, or to broadcast to a Chathost using their own webcams.
Viewers on the other hand don't need a webcam unless they would like the Chathosts to see them. All you need is a PC which is connected to the Internet.
